Prohibited States:Certain states do not allow wine shipment from out of state. Prohibited states include:

- Arkansas
- Delaware
- Kentucky
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- Mississippi
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- Oklahoma
- Pennsylvannia
- South Dakota
- Utah
If you wish to ship wine to a prohibited state, please select “Will Call”. Your wine will be shipped via additional ground services using a cold storage truck and hub. Total shipping time is 2-3 weeks. We do not offer any faster delivery service for these states.
Heat Considerations To protect wine from heat damage, we will hold wine when temperatures are high unless you choose FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day. In California you may also choose Golden State Overnight. Please note that if you live in Florida or Texas, your only options for delivery are 2 Day or overnight services.
