Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from Betty’s home estate in Oakville and was fermented in a combination of 27% French oak barrels, 18% stainless steel barrels, and 55% concrete and was sur lie aged for 12 months. This wine has a vibrant appearance with a pale straw color. Bright aromas of Asian pear, pineapple, and marshmallow creme. We inhibit the malolactic fermentation allowing the palate to have balanced acidity with a slight minerality, and broad mouthfeel.
